About Dr. Lisa Cant
Clinical Psychologist
I know that engaging in therapy can be life-changing as I have experienced the benefits of it myself. Finding the right fit between you and a therapist is key, which is why I am always happy to meet for a free initial conversation to help you decide if you think we could work together.
Having worked in both physical and mental healthcare throughout my career I am passionate about taking a holistic approach to well-being, often integrating spirituality and nature-connectedness into my practice if it fits for you.
Having experienced my own struggles with weight I am also keen to assist individuals who have undergone weight loss surgery, are thinking about doing so, or are engaging in weight loss medications. I believe in transforming our relationship with food and our body we can lead a much happier and more balanced life, whether that's engaging in weight loss or learning to accept ourselves as we are.

My ultimate aim is to support you in making positive changes in your life, whatever that may look like for you, helping you grow in meaningful directions.
